We use Hostinger and GoDaddy for hosting. All of the sites we build are using WordPress, but if we’re just doing a website refresh, we can work with any other CMS. We do not host through the wordpress.com hosting service (WordPress is the CRM platform we use to customize your site).

Graphic Design

You certainly can create your own graphics in Photoshop, but unless you’re a seasoned pro, chances are it won’t come out that great. We like to think of it like this: Your branding (logos, business cards) is your organization’s first impression. Do you want to suggest that you do the bare minimum or wow them? We’re guessing the latter. Our graphic designer works with you to create impeccable designs that are sure to make a lasting impression.

 

At ZEN Technologies, we sell time. How you want to use that time is completely up to you! If you want to do a logo redesign and spend the rest of your hours on social media management, you’re free to do so. We sell blocks of time in five hour chunks, with a minimum of 10 hours. If you know that you’re going to need our marketing services every month, we also offer retainers. Tell us what you need and we’ll help you determine how many hours you’ll need to bring your ideas to life.

 

All projects are handled differently, however, we usually follow a similar path from start to finish. We gather information about your design first, which can include dimensions, application, production specifications or any other details that will help the final product look amazing. We’ll provide some inspiration ideas to get a feel for the look you’re trying to achieve. At this point, we can usually begin the fun part – designing! We’ll create a draft for you to review and provide feedback on. Revisions are made and final files are provided upon approval.

CLIENT RELATION

It couldn’t be simpler! If you have a request for our team, please email your request to support@zentec.in. Just a couple of tips to help us all stay organized.

  1. Subject Lines: The subject line of your email will be the description of the ticket in our system. So instead of just saying “HELP! Website Emergency” it will be more helpful to be more specific, such as: “Website Error: Images Not Loading”.
  2. Responses: To keep everything in one place, please respond to the correct ticket. Often, we’ll have multiple tasks going on at once and things can get confusing and files can get misplaced. To keep things organized and to ensure our team receives the correct feedback and files, respond to the correct ticket #.
  3. Attachments: Sometimes with our very robust system, attachments can be buried at the bottom of emails. For some unbeknownst reason, our system doesn’t always place attachments in a traditional place. And because different email providers handle attachments differently, it’s a constant search for attachments! Just try scrolling all the way to the bottom of your email for attachments. NOTE: there is no need to log into the portal to view attachments.

Best word for it? Thorough. We’re an all hands on deck type of crew. You’ll work through a single point of contact with our Project Manager, and because we’re so involved in our projects, if you need specialized explanation of a step in our work, we’re ready to give you the rundown!
