1. Rental Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with TECHRENT, you agree to these terms. The minimum rental period is 30 days. Payment is due in advance. Late payments are subject to a 5% penalty fee per week.
- **Damage & Loss:** The renter is responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for the full replacement cost of lost equipment.
- **Cancellation:** Rentals canceled within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a ₹500 processing fee.
- **Technical Support:** Free maintenance is provided for mechanical failures. User-induced damages are not covered.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
We offer hassle-free returns at the end of your contract.
- **Scheduled Pickup:** Returns must be scheduled at least 7 days before the contract end date.
- **Replacement:** If equipment fails during the rental period due to manufacturer defect, we guarantee a replacement within 48 hours in serviceable areas.
- **Condition:** Equipment must be returned with all original accessories and packaging (if applicable) in the condition it was received, subject to normal wear.
3. Privacy Policy Summary
We respect your privacy. This section summarizes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- **Data Collected:** We collect your name, contact information, address, and payment details (via secured third-party processors).
- **Data Usage:** Data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery logistics, customer support, and essential billing.
- **Security:** We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
